United States: Cruz’s right-wing inclinations have been manifest in this particular by his unyielding support for Israel, despite aggressive protesters demonstrating outside his Houston–based residence 23 times. Any protests of this nature have not made him provide a staunch defense of Israel without any compromise.
Demonstrators have been picketing in front of Cruz’s residence since February in an attempt to agitate him and others, chanting loudly. These demonstrations are due to Cruz’s unflinching support of Israel, especially in the wake of the recent Hamas aggression – on October 7. However, he does not succumb to the pressure and continues fighting against antisemitism and for Israel.
Regarding the same, an anonymous spokesperson for Cruz said, “It doesn’t matter how long this anti-Israel, pro-terrorist harassment continues. Sen. Ted Cruz will continue to fight antisemitism and stand for Texas values. He’s proud to stand with Israel as the country fights to utterly eradicate Hamas for as long as it takes,” according to Fox News Digital.
This most recent one took place Friday evening, and it made the 23rd protest outside of Cruz’s home since February. Demonstrators with signs reading “Cease Fire Now,” “No rest for the wicked Ted,” and “Israel bombs playgrounds,” and others chanted and clapped. Cruz presses on, sounding the alarm with his megaphone, calling out the ridiculous and intolerant agitators.
Furthermore, Crux mentioned, “For the past six months, anti-Israel protestors have come to my home just about every Sat morning at 7 am and most Fri nights until 10 or 11 pm. They scream, disturb the peace & wake the neighbors. No matter how much these antisemites cheer Hamas, I will stand with Israel.” According to the reports, the statement was shared on social media.
College campuses are also where one can see the latest trend of student protests, which widen the scope even more. Dark money funded by George Soros, in addition to liberal mega-donors, has propped up these radical socialist organizations around the nation. Columbia University, UCLA, Harvard, and Yale have had student protests calling for the divestment of Israel.
These actions come at a time when antisemitism is on the rise, and Jewish students are ever less secure. The Hamas war on Israel has given these radicals the courage to attack in terms of violence and threats on campuses. Jewish students at Columbia were told to pick up and leave campus for their own safety.
They instigated the Biden Administration and Democratic leadership for their doing nothing and saying nothing in the face of this mounting antisemitism, Sen. Cruz. Cruz said the protests are “not angry, they are regrettably” and “what we’re seeing is disgusting, these antisemitic protests, these anti-Israel protests. “They have been repulsive. They are committed radicals whose brains had been poisoned. They have learned to hate Israel, and they have learned to hate America.
Cruz, who is strongly pro-Israel and repeatedly denounced these radical demonstrations, illustrates that he is unwavering in working to protect American values and against hatred. Nonetheless, despite all the dirty political tricks against him, Cruz is a principled ally of Israel, fighting for what is right.
